This is how it all began
A unique culture and way of looking at cooking
padthaiwok was born from the passion of three people, Juan A. Ferre, Manuel Alcalá and Jesús Gámez, for the culture and gastronomy of Thailand.
The different trips to the Land of Smiles led them to create the pilot restaurant of what is now padthaiwok, one of the most promising themed restaurant franchises.
Since the first restaurant opened in Spain in 2009, padthaiwok has positioned itself as the undisputed leader among Asian food franchises, especially among restaurant chains based on the Noodles Bar concept with more than 40 restaurants.
